Twice now after pulling in and standing there I am not assisted. This time I asked and a gentleman said someone would be with me shortly. I watched a fellow employee chat with another employee for 5 min assisted. This time I asked and a gentleman said someone would be with me shortly. I think you need a quarterback or someone who is only in charge of making sure folks are helped right away. There were at least 6 employees standing around. Once helped, the woman was super nice.
