I went there for a recall. They kept my car all day. When i finally got it back emilio helping me assured me everything was good. When i picked it up I assumed it was done. As i was driving away one of the guys that worked on my car came out to say he wasn't able to do the recall because the part was back ordered. I was kind of surprised because i was just told everything was done, so i called and emelio said “I can give you 100% guarantee that everything was done” that i should take his word for it, but how could i when i did take his word for it the first time. This was on a weekend closing time. So i went home and it bothered me all weekend, so i called Monday i spoke to a supervisor that looked into it and it took his some long time to figure out that it was in-fact not done! I had schedule for ANOTHER weekend to redo what was not done. I wasted 2 hours there. I was very dissatisfied. I bring my car to a kia dealer because “they are the professionals” but after this chaos i’m not sure how i feel about it anymore. The service isn’t cheap and if you bring a car and expect things to be done and they are not…. More
The first time visited I didn't like my experience. 1. The initial wait was going to be 1 hour, then ended up waiting almost 2 hours. 2. The place was packed, but only 1 staff seemed to put work when others were just chatting and sitting on their chair. Overall, it was based on my only visit, but I would drive extra hours to try other Kia service centers because my experience here was not good. More

I called and spoke with an associate in the service department to set up an appointment for a recall resolution. She scheduled the appointment for the same day. Check in was fast but the service coordinator advised me that he would have to check to see whether part was in stock and if not, he would be releasing the car to me right away. Additionally, he asked if I’d had my spark plugs replaced within the 5 years that I had my vehicle. I let him know that I have my vehicle serviced at that dealer regularly so there should be a record. I had not so he suggested I have them replaced to add to the quality of my drive. He informed me it would be $329 when I asked the cost for the service. I declined. My 2017 Optima has a little over 53000 miles. I didn’t appreciate the attempt at an up sale. After an hour, the service coordinator advised me that the part would have to be ordered and they would contact me even the part we in stock. I spoke with an actual associate when I made the appointment and she knew I was coming specifically because of the recall notice. I don’t understand why an appointment was scheduled without first verifying whether the part was actually in stock. There was no consideration for my time (not to mention expense with today’s gas prices). The dealership really needs to do better. More

Twice now after pulling in and standing there I am not assisted. This time I asked and a gentleman said someone would be with me shortly. I watched a fellow employee chat with another employee for 5 min assisted. This time I asked and a gentleman said someone would be with me shortly. I watched a fellow employee chat with another employee for 5 minutes. I asked again pointedly asking if she was available. The gentleman provided the same response. I think you need a quarterback or someone who is only in charge of making sure folks are helped right away. There were at least 6 employees standing around. Once helped, the woman was super nice. More
