I was placed in the vehicle queue immediately and waited only 10 minutes to receive a receipt for the expected service. I was advised the service would take about an hour and the work was completed in about an hour. After leaving, I received an email with the results of a multi-point inspection. I was surprised to find the recommendation was different from the week before. It stated my brake fluid level condition had a fail status and required immediate attention. There has been no fluid leaked in my driveway, no alert on my dashboard, and a visual inspection the same day revealed the fluid level was at the maximum line. It seems I’ve never been able to get stellar service at this dealership. More
