Horrible service! The girl at the front desk for the service department was rude. We were promised that the first oil change would be free with our purchase. They deni The girl at the front desk for the service department was rude. We were promised that the first oil change would be free with our purchase. They denied it. We were sent a coupon that our first service would be $50 we drove over an hour to take it to get serviced there just for them to also deny the coupon and say that it wasn’t that price since that coupon was for 5 liters of oil when our telluride needs 7L. They refused to let us pay the difference and we’re charging us around 200 for the first service. Overall the girl was just very rude and didn’t seem to care to provide any decent customer service. Never taking our car to get anything there again. More
