Service personnel excellent as well as timely service! The long appointment line to get in was over 1 hour! Bad. Location isn't convenient and far for me in traffic but it's the closest dealer. The staff is very friendly. Once my car is in the dealership they work on it very quickly. However, communication from Kia is very poor. I brought my car in for a safety recall. Once my car is in the dealership they work on it very quickly. However, communication from Kia is very poor. I brought my car in for a safety recall. They returned my car to me and only later did I discover they had not completed the safety recall because they needed a part. No one at the dealership informed me of this. Had I not checked I would have made the assumption the safety recall was complete. I called to Kia three different times to complete the safety recall and was told several times I would receive a return call. I never did. On my 3rd call I was told the piece had already arrived and I could make another appointment. The nearest appointment was a week from that date. The communication is poor and non efficient. More
This service center is located right next to downtown LA. Good luck finding parking because there is no specific lot for customers waiting or if someone is picking you up. People are double parked and hard to get in or out of the street to get service. I went in for a quick repair and I was expecting to wait about an hour but it took two and a half. It was my day off so had no rush but you have to expect to wait if it’s a high volume of cars lined up in the street. I dislike going to this dealership to get my service done, but it’s the closest thing to my house and I usually go for a walk around USC when I’m there. More
