Almost zero communication. The three 3 word pieces of communication came by text, they wouldn't call me even when I asked twice. The tires were sold at above cost, the labor cost was exorbitant. I asked for a car wash before the car would be returned and not only did they not honor the request, I got the car back dirtier than when it was sent in, and with shards of broken car window glass in between the seats of my 2 month old car that has never been in an accident and never been near any broken glass. I will go ANYWHERE but here the next time I need work done. I think Carson has a Kia service center, it can't be any worse than the DTLA one. Go to DTLA Kia Service Center at your own peril. More

The people were great-from the person guiding the line of cars to the check-in to the people floating around. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. My only complaint is it took me an addition back 45 m cars to the check-in to the people floating around. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. My only complaint is it took me an addition back 45 minutes to get my car registered in the shop. But I know this is a space issue that is being rectified from Kia. More

The service representative is a good guy; however, the overall quality of service on the side of the parts / repairs is extremely disappointing. I went in to install the new security system due to the rec overall quality of service on the side of the parts / repairs is extremely disappointing. I went in to install the new security system due to the recall and not sure what they did but my windows do not work the same. Last time I went in there was to get a new driver side door chamber because my car was broken into and they did a terrible job. First I was not attended or even acknowledged until 15mins after my appointment time. Second, I was not informed of the possible solutions and was given an only one option. Third, when I received my car, I was given additional sets of keys to the car and notified that because I did not select the upgraded package , my car would now require two different sets of keys to operate. When I tried to get this fixed, the service department told me it is $150 to get the keys redo by the parts department. Then I spoke with the parts department and they said once the lock is in the car, they can’t touch it and that I needed to select the service before the install… a service that I was not even advised was available. I am 100% not recommended anyone to buy a KIA or visit this dealership in DTLA. Additionally I reached out to the supervisor, Eric Espinoza, via via as advised and have not been given a response or acknowledgment in 2 days (and counting) More

I was called there for a recall. I arrived told them that I had been having some problems with the ignition but told them to let me know if that would be an issue. I then waited thre I arrived told them that I had been having some problems with the ignition but told them to let me know if that would be an issue. I then waited three hours and when they were finally finished they told me that they had actually done nothing but the inspection and that I had to come back but that everything would be ok. Reluctantly I made another appointment, came back and waited two hours only to get a text that they couldn't perform the recall because of a problem in the ignition, something they didn't mention during the supposed inspection. They wasted my time, wasted my energy, just for them to do nothing and try to charge me thousands of dollars. More
