Very unorganized and inefficient dealership. Had my recall appointment booked weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn’t have the piece needed to fix my car. Took the day off work to get this done, and they didn’t even bother calling me to let me know they no longer had the car piece needed. Very frustrating More

They never put the hand break first They just put the car From D To P without putting the hand break first. So the whole weight stay on the transmission I don’t like when the transmission make that big noise when I’m trying to put the car from P to D because the whole weight is on the trasmission. It’s not fair. Because I’m always trying to take care of my transmission Also I spoke with Arturo rios about that situation when I was waiting for the keys of my Kia sorento I told him that is the 3 time that they always make that mistake More

Customer service was great. Arturo was informative and amazing customer service. One comment would be to please keep your restroom in operating order.
