They did their job although the wait time was incredibly long even though there were staff walking around. I got there at 11:20am and my appointment was at 11:40am. I wasn’t helped until 12:30pm. They tried calling my old number to contact me about an issue with the tire replacement even though I’d been using my updated number to contact them. So the wait time took 3 hours instead of the estimated time of 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. More

I will NEVER purchase a KIA again. Rec’d recall for my Soul LAST YEAR. The HEIC part. Was told to park outside as car could catch on fire. No matter what, it takes a while to get into the garage and be seen. Anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, in my experience, regardless of appointment status/time. But, when you do get to the point where they take your car, their work is fast but thorough and complete. They're efficient! And, the rest of the staff is great too - polite, knowledgeable, kind, honest and respectful. Shoutout to Misail who made sure I was seen quickly after my appointment time and explained everything to me. I also appreciate the waiting room and the wifi. More
