I went to pick up my car and had to wait twenty minutes to receive it. I declined ac cabin filter replacement and they left the old filter on my car seat. Went in for a oil change. Got to kia 15 mins before my appointment. Waited till 220pm. To be asked if I been helped .. Customer service is horrible. I had to ask about the details of my vehicle and the service that was done. The service rider was rude and seemed bothered by everything I was asking I had to ask about the details of my vehicle and the service that was done. The service rider was rude and seemed bothered by everything I was asking. It also took 45 minutes for me to get my vehicle back after the service was complete. I saw when they brought it back and it was sitting there for 45 minutes until the service rider called me. Then while I was waiting for the paperwork he had to print it out and apparently change the toner of the printer so that took another 30 minutes. More
