I had an awful experience and I really don’t want to do my next maintenance at Downtown LA service center! Disgusting service! When I drop off the car for service, the manager Desiree Rodriguez asked me a my next maintenance at Downtown LA service center! Disgusting service! When I drop off the car for service, the manager Desiree Rodriguez asked me a number of questions, including checking my phone number for communication when the car is ready. I never got any call or text on my phone!!! The manager decided to contact me via mail. In the office, she didn't warn me that she would use this communication channel. Because of this, I came to pick up the car at the time of closing and the staff didn't want to give me my car back. The car was dirty, the windows were open, there was dust inside. This was my first service of 8,000 miles, but the application indicates as if 3 services have already been done. A strange sticker appeared on the windshield clearly from another car... Unfortunately, no one was able to answer all my questions. More
