Never much help every time I bring my car in. Did a full inspection here to address an issue of it stalling on the way to the dealership and wasn’t given a definitive answer but a laundry list of Did a full inspection here to address an issue of it stalling on the way to the dealership and wasn’t given a definitive answer but a laundry list of possible issues. Had it towed out of there to another shop where it stalled again and the mechanic at the new shop was able to properly diagnose it and fix it same day. It was nothing that appeared on Kia’s list. Contacted the dealership again about a reinstallation of part related to a recall( other shop had to Disassemble it to put in another piece and said Kia would not sell them the screws to reinstall it) and still have not gotten a response. Btw my car was kept at the dealership for over a week, no one followed up with me until I called them. More
