I am disappointed with the service I received at the dealership recently. My car was in your service department for three weeks, and when I picked it up, I was told that the recall I had brought it in f dealership recently. My car was in your service department for three weeks, and when I picked it up, I was told that the recall I had brought it in for had been performed. However, I recently received a call informing me that the recall had not, in fact, been performed. I am concerned about the accuracy of the diagnostics performed for the check engine on my car. I took it to another shop and what they diagnosed does not seem to match what is wrong with the engine or the check engine light. More
