Mike Avanecian in the service department did a great job and took care of all the recalls that were on my car. Communication from my advisor was the worse! !! I never got an update on my vehicle.. I only got sent a link of the repair cost and if i accepted or declined it. My advisor never called me to go !! When i declined the $2700 my advisor never called me. When i called close to end of business day i was told my vehicle was still not ready but my advisor had left for the day and was going to be out the next day. When i asked if anyone else can release my vehicle i was told “there was still a diagnosis pending” i got upset and told them that i checked my Kia app and noticed my vehicle was parked outside the service center! I called the next day to speak to the Operation Manager, left a voicemail and still have not been called back! More
I scheduled my service for this day to have my recall service done. Not only was I quoted a different time (1.5 hours) than it actually took (3+), then they spent time doing a service that I didn’t come service done. When I told Mike A. this, he couldn’t even look me in the eye. He didn’t say anything when I said, “this is why I scheduled my appointment for this day in the first place. I was told it would be done today.” Then, I was told it would be done in half an hour - I’m getting it done at another service center who quoted me 2 hours. They are disorganized and untrustworthy. Poor service. Lazy service members who don't follow up. I took my car in so Kia could check the anti-theft update. Claimed to have no knowledge that Kia North America was sending out a tech, although the corporate office had coordinated with the local office. Had to waste a lot of time calling corporate to see if they were going to show up. Manager was too unconcerned to talk. Once again both parties failed to put the anti-theft sticker on the car. More
