Kia Downtown LA - Service Center

The service department was negligent in identifying issues with car when brought in for 60k miles servicing. This resulted in us having to bring the car back and didn’t get it back for days because man issues with car when brought in for 60k miles servicing. This resulted in us having to bring the car back and didn’t get it back for days because managers, Assistant manager or whoever don’t respond in a punctual manner. Not to mention the over $2K in additional work said to be needed 2 days after a $1K maintenance service. Most disappointing service we’ve had to date and we have 2 cars we bring in routinely. Do better!!!!! More

I kept asking for updates about my car and the person helping me out was not providing me with any information. She told me the car would be ready on a certain day and said she would call me in 15 minute helping me out was not providing me with any information. She told me the car would be ready on a certain day and said she would call me in 15 minutes. I didn’t push her on it bc I didn’t want to bother and when I did call she would tell me the same thing about the car being ready soon. She ended up leaving and didn’t give me any updates. When I got to the dealer the next morning, as it opened, they said the car had been ready but the paper work wasn’t filled out. The guy that helped me that morning got the paperwork done in less than 2 minutes. Overall, the car was fixed and is working well I would have just appreciated accurate updates or any updates at all. Thank you. More
