Kia Downtown LA - Service Center

My appointment was @1:20pm didn’t get checked in till 2:25pm. I was waiting in my car for over an hour. It then took over 2 hours for the service and all I was getting was an oil change and tire rotation 2:25pm. I was waiting in my car for over an hour. I was really annoyed since it was hot too. More

Waited an hour in line before anyone even spoke to me about what the process would entail, when I had an appointment pre booked Waiting area very cramped.
