They kept my car for 8 days and didn’t communicate at all what was happening! what was happening! More

Service area overcrowded and my appt was at 12:30 and i finally got in at least 30 mins after the time. I was suppose to take 2 to 2.5 hours and we were there over 4 hours. Need a process improvement assessment to improve the space and reduce wait times. offered shuttle drop off to restaurants within one mile but only had on person that could do it….so we had to walked because he was at lunch. Who is the back up plan. everybody not at lunch all at once. More
