My engine failed. Took it in and they “fixed” it. Two weeks later and again I’m sitting on the side of the road because my engine failed. This car is unsafe to drive a Took it in and they “fixed” it. This is a 2022 Kia so rentó with 16,400 miles on it. Absolutely ridiculous. More

After waiting in a disorganized line for 30 min and hunting down a service advisor you then need to follow up to get updates on your car because they won’t give you updates. Prices are higher than other dealer service centers and substantially less quality service/ experience overall. I wanted to like this location because it’s a convenient commute with it being near a metro stop, but I’ll take drive 30 min to another Kia dealer and pay for an Uber to go back home than go to this location again. Don’t waste your time or money here and if you can, just bite the bullet and go somewhere else. More
