I thought the dealership would give me a complete inspection, but that was not true. I learned two days later that my front headlight was out but not mentioned in the report. Nothing make sence in this company No servise no rental car My car has been broken for a month right now since its engine problem it’s definitely their job to fix it asap but they gave me app in a week then they kept the car for 7 days and when i got my car Same issues popped up again and now they gave me appointment for next week again And they don't provide rental car They say you can rent a car and the pay but it takes up to 60 days. Please if you respect your own life and time Do not do any business with this company. Because once you have a issue with their products they leave you alone, they hang up on you over the phone, they talk with attitude, and they are all just sorry for your situation More

It took longer than I expected to get the car diagnosed. We called Desiree to find out why the delay. She explained the technician had to come to the site and take pictures of the engine and send to Kia for review to see if they would pay for it (the engine was still under warranty). We asked for a rental car because we were spending a great deal of money on car rentals. After I advised her we were desperate because of car rental fees, she offered to assign a car to me at no cost. This was a great help and I truly appreciate that she offered it after we mentioned the expense. On the third week of July, she told us Kia would pay for a new engine. From there it took one more week to complete the work. Overall I was satisfied with the service at Kia Downtown except for the length of time it took to get the diagnostic. More

Unorganized my car was kept there for a week without any communication after Two calls and no responses even after they said they would. No Uber service to and from. Two workers with all respect were friendly but incompetent on challenging themselves to get work done and representing the brand effectively. The quote was so expensive I did not feel confident leaving my car there to get fixed to I took my needs to another mechanic where the exceeded expectations communicated daily on the status of my car and while it was competed called me the next day to make sure it’s been running fine. KIA is falling short of customer service. Pay your workers and mechanics more so they can feel empowered to do great work and live fulfilling lives. I’ve been a kia customer since 2013 and the level of service is just unexceptional. And after recent years the quality has been proven to be lackluster given all the recalls and miss management. More
