I had an appointment and still had to sit in my car in a line for an hour before I could hand over the keys, then the service took another 2+ hours. Once I could actually talk to a service person they were line for an hour before I could hand over the keys, then the service took another 2+ hours. Once I could actually talk to a service person they were helpful, but I think the wait time here is way too long. More
