Had to ask them to wash my car after they had my vaccuum out the pet hair in the rental vehicle. They charge $170 to vaccuum out pet hair?!?! Cashier’s dept employees are condescending and smirk constantly. Offered an ev rental only after I told them I had already been waiting 90 mins and was abiyt to run late to work. And then was told the ev would require me to wait 30 more minutes. How would that help me? Did not offer me to come back the next day for it instead and when I asked if that was possible they just said oh no… Resolve this one issue of replacing a defective part took about 6 weeks to fix. In part because they needed to order a part but they did not bother to make sure the part worked until I brought my car back in for them to work on. So then they checked and discovered they needed to order a new part. And over all you cannot get in and out of the service department under an hour. Very unprofessional service which does not make me eager to continue purchasing a vehicle through them. More

Although they adjusted the appointment time, they failed to send a confirmation text. Furthermore, the quality of the communication was poor, with numerous grammatical errors that made it feel more like texting a friend than interacting with a professional customer service representative. Additionally, upon arriving at the mechanic's, I observed groups of employees socializing rather than attending to their tasks. Moreover, I understand that waiting is sometimes unavoidable, the waiting room was uncomfortably small, and there were no refreshments available for clients during the two-hour wait. This lack of amenities was disappointing, especially after having paid a significant amount for maintenance, which contrasted sharply with the service experience I've had with other car companies.
