Great, fast and convenient service I dropped off my car early for my appointment and within the time I was there to sign my paperwork, they had already put my car up and were able to sh I dropped off my car early for my appointment and within the time I was there to sign my paperwork, they had already put my car up and were able to show me what was wrong and what I needed. The free gourmet coffee and danish was nice too! I had to leave for work after my drop off and they scheduled a ride for me. My brakes were fixed that day and I picked my car up after work. More
Great service, fast and easy. Once I pulled up someone greeted and registered me right away. I also got a free first time oil change service coupon. I did not have to wait long. I had a covered rental car and they wanted to me wait since Saturday morning to wait for then to have change to review the car and decide if I needed a car (despite of the fact that they had to town away my car because it wasn't working at all. 3- the car had a mayor mechanical crash. suddenly stop working and everything was locked, gear, keys windows, etc. Still the dealer wants to return the car without fixing it because they couldn’t find any problem. MY car is new (only 4 months) 2016 Kia soul. Don't buy defective cars from Kia Downtown LA. When you are buying a car they treat you like a queen, once you paid they treat you like trash and ignore the car problems. More

Kia does not commit to what they say !!! First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early Friday morning guys because the parts for the Kia won't arrive till 2 days later and so we took our car early morning on Friday. The worker there Ara I belive it is told us it would be done by Friday and we would receive a call however we had to call them more than 3 times without recieving one single call back. We decide to call Saturday and were told we will get a call back later . Ok then we wait and when we receive the call we get the bad news that they were sent the wrong part and therefore we will have to wait even longer . It has been an unpleasant time dealing with the workers at Kia I did not have this problem with Honda though so when I compare both services I get even more disappointed for getting a Kia car . More
