Everything from setting [and getting] an appointment became an ordeal. And the wait, even when I made a prearranged appointment, was unacceptable. I've decided to forgo on the free oil changes [which was offered when I bought the car] and get the servicing done by an independent. They clearly have not kept up with the volume of work they have. Surprising Service I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't m I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't mean that I will be there for a short time. There are other cars needing service and some of those cars have been there for more than one day. I was pleasantly surprised when my name was call an hour later to pick up my car, service was done. Great, fast and convenient service I dropped off my car early for my appointment and within the time I was there to sign my paperwork, they had already put my car up and were able to sh I dropped off my car early for my appointment and within the time I was there to sign my paperwork, they had already put my car up and were able to show me what was wrong and what I needed. The free gourmet coffee and danish was nice too! I had to leave for work after my drop off and they scheduled a ride for me. My brakes were fixed that day and I picked my car up after work. More

Worse experience ever. Defective car and bad service. I had a covered rental car and they wanted to me wait since Saturday morning to wait for then to have change to review the car and decide if I needed a car (despite of the fact that they had to town away my car because it wasn't working at all. 3- the car had a mayor mechanical crash. suddenly stop working and everything was locked, gear, keys windows, etc. Still the dealer wants to return the car without fixing it because they couldn’t find any problem. MY car is new (only 4 months) 2016 Kia soul. Don't buy defective cars from Kia Downtown LA. When you are buying a car they treat you like a queen, once you paid they treat you like trash and ignore the car problems. More
