Too busy Love the car [Soul], but have had deteriorating experiences when I tried to get routine service at the dealership. I've decided to forgo on the free oil changes [which was offered when I bought the car] and get the servicing done by an independent. They clearly have not kept up with the volume of work they have. Surprising Service I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't m I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't mean that I will be there for a short time. There are other cars needing service and some of those cars have been there for more than one day. I was pleasantly surprised when my name was call an hour later to pick up my car, service was done.
