The only thing that I can say it’s “Kia downtown sucks” i bring my cart for a service and the guy Mark from service departamento it’s a really stupid guy, he never called me to let me know the status if my i bring my cart for a service and the guy Mark from service departamento it’s a really stupid guy, he never called me to let me know the status if my car, I went 2 days later (but he never called me) for my cart and it wasn’t ready till next day ( and that day he told me again you car is not ready) witch was a lie because I told him I do t care about nothing ai mees my car and he just drive my car to me like nothing happened. He offered a bonus (discount) for my next service car and he never gave me nothing. You should hiring competitive ppl to work in that dealer, honestly Kia Carson its 1000 times better than Downtown. The worst. Took my car in for service. They had it for 4 weeks, could not find the problem, sent me home with the idle set higher. I bought one of those engine light warning readers and stuck it in and it s weeks, could not find the problem, sent me home with the idle set higher. I bought one of those engine light warning readers and stuck it in and it said exactly what the problem was. Took it back in to get it repaired (took an hour to drop it off even with an appointment), showed them the reading, and they had it for 5 weeks this time. Could not diagnose it at first despite me telling them what was wrong, then finally admitted what the problem was (it was under warranty so they had to pay to fix it) and took forever to get approval for the warranty and to fix it. All this time my service person was never available and her voicemail always full. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of update on my car. They just had it and I was in the dark most of the time. Unbelievably incompetent. The problem seems to be fixed now but the inside of my car smells like gas now if I drive it more than 30 minutes.
