They did a service on a car I haven’t owned for many years. When I was left as the contact I replied back saying I do not own the car and have not heard back. SHADDY !!!! This has been the worst customer Service experience ever! They never return your phone calls and they lie left and right. My car was there for eight days supposedly because they were waiting on parts that th They never return your phone calls and they lie left and right. My car was there for eight days supposedly because they were waiting on parts that they ordered. When I told them that I was coming to pick up my car to take to someone else, magically parts were there and my car was ready in one hour. Come to find out parts were never an ordered and my car was there for over a week for no reason. I was told they don’t have loaners to find out that they do have loaners. I was told That they don’t have a shuttle service just to find out that they do. I have been hung up on multiple times, transferred to voicemails that don’t take messages. After getting my car back, less than 24 hours later I had to bring my car back in because my check engine light came on and a display that says engine problem. Totally unacceptable! Not to mention I also had a separate issue that was mentioned when I brought my car and that was totally ignored and not even looked at. I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved. More
Disorganized, chaotic and misleading service protocols. My car had a number listed on it to show where I was in line (I also had an appt). However they took the car AFTER me first to service. I didn’t know about this until I went to see how far along my car was. I informed the manager of this and he assured me that when the techs come back from lunch at 12.30p he’ll tell them to work on my car instead of the one after me. I didn’t trust his statement so at 12:45p I went back to check on my car and of course, nobody had informed the mechanic to stop working on that other car and work in mine instead. I found another manager who then went & told the mechanic of this change. So FINALLY my car was pulled in the repair area and the mechanic Sergio worked on it. There was no apology from this second manager nor the first; it felt like they just don’t care. Sergio finished my car but my service writer Leslie was at lunch so Emilio. Emilio was the ONLY ONE TO APOLOGIZE about this issue and proceeded to check me out with excellent care. Emilio was great and so was Sergio. The rest of the service sucked. I would pay more by my home for service then come then come to KIA DTLA again. More
