Amazing I never leave reviews but this Kia dealership really works with you. I had an issue that was not normal with my car and Their service team went above I never leave reviews but this Kia dealership really works with you. I met Ali the GM of the service department and you can't tell he's a great guy that values the customer experience. You can see his leadership in his service team. Well organized and speedy service! Went in to get a routine oil change when greeted with a smile from a gentleman with an ipad. The gentleman that assisted me was impressively informative and genuinely seemed to care while telling me about the needs and concerns of my vehicle. I'd expect this sort of service from a caring relative but it was the first time that I was treated this way and I LOVED it!!!! Best customer service that I ever received from this dealership. More
