Can I give less than 1 star? In 40 years of getting cars serviced this was the worst experience I have ever had. 1 hour wait past appointment time. Complete lack of responsiveness on the issue I brought the car in for despite it being my 3rd visit Unhelpful bordering on rude service manager who should not be in the customer service business. Complete lack of respect for my time. The service advisor tried her best but was clearly not enabled to be helpful in any meaningful way. Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience across all possible metrics and I will no go out of my way to tell anyone who asks to never use this dealership. More
