Bad customer service people that work there think they’re in vacation, they don’t care that you’re waiting for hrs on end without an explanation or update. I understand if you’re busy but at least act like y in vacation, they don’t care that you’re waiting for hrs on end without an explanation or update. After finishing the service, When I got home realized the engine lights and all of the related front lights were turned off which was very dangerous if driving at night.
