Car broke down 1 hour after service. Had to convince them to do diagnostic for free (even tho I just paid $700). Quoted me 1 week to fix- was without a car for more than a month. I the end they offered me 10 to do diagnostic for free (even tho I just paid $700). Quoted me 1 week to fix- was without a car for more than a month. I do not have a Kia (nor would I ever), do not live in LA (or even on the same coast) where this dealership is located. They will now not stop emailing me invoices, surveys, etc. even after I have contacted (or even on the same coast) where this dealership is located. Please leave me alone, I’m not sure who gave you a fake email address but it was probably so they didn’t receive all this crap in their inbox but now it is coming to mine. SMH. More

We live in Arizona, she was traveling back from Calif My daughter had to take her car to kia downtown 10/19/2021 due to her engine light coming on. We live in Arizona, she was traveling back from California. It has been a nightmare ever since. It took till 10/30/2021 for them to diagnosed bad gas, oh wait, never mind it’s high octane gasoline, wait the gasoline has too much alcohol in it but before that a test showed no alcohol. No idea what was ever wrong with it. It take 2-3 weeks to get a response to any of my emails. They do not return calls. They lie as to what the problem is. They are not educated on the vehicles, period. They hang up on you because you ask too many questions and become frustrated because of all that I have mentioned. My daughter spent a week in California. Had to pay for a room, a car rental and missed work for a week. She had to have a friend come get her to bring her back to Tucson to go back to work . On December 4, 2021, I had to drive back to California to get the vehicle, occurring more costs. Upon picking the vehicle up there were 2 small dents on it. They, of course, claim the dents were there when she bought the vehicle in but the pictures, they took at that time show no damage. There is so much more to this story but I cannot fit it all. Reading the reviews I can see this is common when dealing with this place. I have never in my life dealt with a place with such poor service. I feel bad for Kia because they are definitely giving them a bad name. This is my daughter second Kia, she is selling this one because of this incident, as her nor I will ever purchase another one. We dealt with Christine Romero, Jose Duran and Sharleen Macias. I would really consider taking your vehicle to this location, I wish we would never have taken it here. More
