I have been a customer of these so call service department of kia of downtown But it hasn't always been satisfying experience, today is the las time I bring my car here, I brought my car for som department of kia of downtown But it hasn't always been satisfying experience, today is the las time I bring my car here, I brought my car for some malfunctioning, so I mentioned something about pumping gas and right after my car started malfunctioning. So I left it for a diagnosis but it took them 2 days to just suspect diesel was pump in my car and that they needed to do more inspections and diagnosis so they wanted charge me 630$ to just continue checking. The service advisor show me 2 pics of the fluid they supposed got out of my car's tank. 1 clear color and t 2nd kind of yellow color claiming that the clear color was diesel and the other was gasoline. Very poor service and experience. I will definitely won't come back anymore. More

This is absolute the worst dealership probably in the world and the history of existence. They took an entire two months to fix my car and returned it with a dead battery. They are considerably dishonest world and the history of existence. They took an entire two months to fix my car and returned it with a dead battery. They are considerably dishonest and when I finally was able to get my car (that I had to call and keep checking if it was ready, they never called me to tell me) it took them 4 HOURS to give me my car back. 4 ENTIRE HOURS and I was just there to pick it up. you get passed around to multiple advisors, no one knew where my car was for hours, or were stalling because they couldn’t get my battery going. I have zero idea. “We’re getting your car now” again went on for 4 hours. This facility should be SHUT DOWN. Employees even complain that the place is terrible. This is just not a facility that should continue to be open. I hope my car doesn’t have a problem in the future because I don’t even really trust the work they did. They also somehow generated an invoice with the work they “did” before all the parts came for the actual job. They invoice stated the car was running when they hadn’t even received all the parts. Definitely suspicious and they didn’t even have an answer to how an invoice saying that was even possible. The most unpleasant experience. I wish I didn’t have to take it there. I had to contact corporate because they were so terrible. More

Took my vehicle to downtown LA kia for maintenance servicing and have my door lock replaced after someone tried to break into it. I was out of there in about 1 hour, they were really on the job.
