Sent my car in for a alternator issue they told me it was my battery. I paid $397 for a new battery. Three days later I returned the vehicle, I was later told my initial concern (the alternator) needed to b my battery. I paid $397 for a new battery. Three days later I returned the vehicle, I was later told my initial concern (the alternator) needed to be replaced for $1088. I said no I have a warranty when I went to pick up my car. They had took parts out of the car. So I had to wait for them to rehook my car. I drove to the dealership where I purchased the car and had a warranty. Under 20 mins a 10 mile street commute my car was smoking and leaking antifreeze. My dealership told me told me to tow it back to Kia ( who returned my car in worse condition) to fix the leak before getting the alternator fixed. It’s been since June 2nd since I’ve had my vehicle. It is now June 26th and I have no loaner car or have any update as to when my car will be fixed just to get it sent to the dealership to get my alternator fixed. Zero stars awarded to the customer service at Kia Downtown. Oh I forgot to mention they put a deep scratch on the right side or my car under the passenger light. AND did NoT take pictures of my car when I initially brought it in to prove there fault/error. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I recently purchased a Kia Sorento in March 2022 and had to go in because my breaks were squeaking extremely loud. Before I got there I picked up my 5 year old sons gold necklace and bracelet from getting cleaned and put it in my glove department before handing over my vehicle. On the drive home from picking up my vehicle I noticed it was gone. I went in the following day to let them know there was no reason for anyone to go through my vehicle since the problems was in the engine and I left my Jewelry in the glove department because I did not feel comfortable walking around downtown LA with jewelry in my purse and was told by Christine Romero that it was not their fault because I signed a paper stating if anything was lost or damaged it was not on them. She then went on to attack my husband and say we didn’t make any sense, why would we not feel comfortable walking around with jewelry in my purse but yet I had on a bracelet and he had no problem letting me walk around with that. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Too top it off its been 3 weeks since this awful experience with Christine and Ruben and my breaks are back to squeaking loud then ever! NEVER again will I go there. And just a heads up, they’ll let their employees rob you and then tell you you basically signed a form saying anything lost or damaged is on you. More

Awful. Management was horrible in communication and the sales rep had rarely contacted me about the updates on my vehicle. My car was left in a dusty/unsafe parking lot for months. Finally when the car was 'ready' to pick up- it was presented back to me with dents, scratches, and marking surrounding the car. Gary, the GM, ignored six follow up emails and calls of mine. Mark also delayed and dismissed my requests. Manuel was friendly and I had only dealt with him in the matter once but is more communicative. More
