I don't think it is important to you. I have had a series of bad experiences. the last time I was here I waited all day and they forgot to even start work on my car. I was going to wait because they said a couple hours at the most. at end of the day the said they forgot to start work on my car. I just asked for my car back and left without any work being done. you didn't perform the mandatory recall fix. my car then broke down in Northern California and I had to have it towed which cost me 800$ to the kia dealer in Santa Rose. Great service there but they did say that you guys in Los Angeles should have down the recall fix. it was a safety issue. and now yesterday. to be treated in such a bad way. you guys wanted to charge me for the seat latch fix that you had fixed before but it was stuck again. I assume an easy fix. but you said I had to take my car else where and have it vacuumed because of dog hair. I thought you were joking. but you wouldn't do the oil change and tire rotation until I had my car vacuumed. you said your vacuum was broken. I talked to the manager he was antagonistic towards me. it was weird. anyway I asked for my car back. I won't be coming here ever again. You need to retrain everyone there. I have spent money here for years having you service this. the last couple years it has just gotten worse and worse. I don't know why I kept coming back. never again.

also another time I let slide but you guys really messed up and did something that I didn't authorize. I said I never authorized you to do this. you made some excuse. I paid but it wasn't cool. you are supposed to ask the customer first before you do extra work that wasn't in scope of service.

I recently brought my car there again because I wanted to replace the air filter (2015 Kia Soul EV) and also wanted a quote for replacing the blackout tape that borders the driver's side window. When I came in, the customer associate told me that I would need to replace 2 air filters on my car which I thought was strange, but I went along with it. She also stated that the window area is "paint" and cannot be fixed at the service center. I found that strange considering I can find the blackout tape, which is a sticker--not paint, on Kia's parts website. I did not want to argue with her, so I let it go in hopes that at least I can get the air filter. After waiting for over half an hour, the associate tells me that I only have one filter (she should have automatically known this considering that I have an electric car) and that the filter I need is not in stock. She did not offer to order it, or advise when I could bring the car back--just handed me my keys. If you truly want to make this right, please train your staff better. They are not knowledgeable about Kia products and they aren't even helpful to customers, which is the bare minimum.
