Takes forever, don’t pay attention, don’t care about customers, and unorganized. Took 3 hours for a two hour job. When needed to pay they closed the window and told me to wait 15 minutes as if anyone wants to wait additional time. People don’t match their words. When asking if I can check out two said I had to wait and the third one I talked to helped me. More

The problem is that you guys make people get rental cars so that you can play around and hopefully figure out what's wrong with their car while bringing up all kinds of stuff that wasn't even wrong with it so that you can play around and hopefully figure out what's wrong with their car while bringing up all kinds of stuff that wasn't even wrong with it charging thousands and spending thousands of dollars on a rental and then when you get the car back it's still broken and they haven't fixed anything on it that needed to be fixed and they string you alone and they don't do what they're supposed to and it's terrible I wouldn't even give it one star I literally wish I could give 0 stars. the worst service I have ever had. I have been going here since I bought my Kia Soul new in 2016. they have been bad for awhile but this last time was the last straw. I felt like they didn't care about the customer at all. they were rude, and they were bullies. it makes me not even want to get another Kia and I LOOVE my Kia Soul. I am now searching for a new mechanic. More
