This was my second service experience with this dealer after having a terrible, no good, awful experience at Kia Carson. Unfortunately this time Kia of DTL quoted me a 3 hour service over the phone, and r after having a terrible, no good, awful experience at Kia Carson. Unfortunately this time Kia of DTL quoted me a 3 hour service over the phone, and repeated that time quote at dropoff so I planned my day around this time quote by staying in the waiting area. The TV was blasting obnoxiously loud TV without an ability to lower the volume, and at an hour past the quote delivery I was told it would be another 3 hours. There is nothing to do close by the dealer and DTLA is not a walkable area. The service center needs to quote accurate estimates and then be clear about missing those time goals for people who have pressing schedules. More
Absolute worst experience ever. Took my car in for service and repair. First, after arriving on time...took me 50 minutes for my service guy to get to me. They had my car for nearly a month, returned it filthy (having left the red marker they use on the windshield) and it was not fixed. They did not clear any of the service notices and 3 days later my tire pressure indicator went on...the pressures were all over the place meaning they did not even look at the tires or they did it very wrong (there is nothing wrong with the tires. Took it back a second time (again having to wait nearly an hour to drop off) for the repair and told them to check the service was performed. Took another month...this time they did fix the charge issue, but they did not check the tires again. The car was cleaned this time, which they seemed to want an award for. Over both periods they had the car, they only called me for updates after my repeated attempts to call or text. While the people were all friendly that doesnt mean good service. I will try the Van Nuys dealer next time and hope they can do better. More
