They really dropped the ball this time. They had one of my cars for more than a month. They said it was a dead battery. They also said they couldn't find my new extended service warranty in They had one of my cars for more than a month. They said it was a dead battery. I called multiple times around 7am to speak with the service advisor assigned but they never called me back. I took it to another shop to get the appropriate service done. More
