For a smaller service department, they are decently organized and the employees are very friendly. However the way issues are handled is a major problem. Pre paid maintenance can be problematic at th organized and the employees are very friendly. However the way issues are handled is a major problem. Parts were not put back in place. I.found one part under the seat and didnt know where it came from.IWe figured out where it goes but I dont want to put it back on and maybe break it. It’s the worst. I’ve needed two engine repairs takes months to get and the last one I didn’t get due to oil consumption issues that there is now a lawsuit for.
