Service manager was very helpful and attentive. However, when I came to pick up my vehicle, I waited for 30 minutes just so someone can tell me to go to the cashier. Then the service staff member w However, when I came to pick up my vehicle, I waited for 30 minutes just so someone can tell me to go to the cashier. Then the service staff member was confused on what's even happening. No organization, I was tossed around the service department for 40 minutes till I could even get my keys. I wasn't able to leave for another 10 minutes because a tow truck blocked my car. The work process on the car took an hour longer than I was told. Also, the sales department sold me the car with exterior damage and took 2 months till it was scheduled for repair. More

Poor customer service took more than an hour to get my car in I didn’t know I had to been there at 10am for an 11am appointment. I will be taking my car to service to another Kia service center I am not h car in I didn’t know I had to been there at 10am for an 11am appointment. I will be taking my car to service to another Kia service center I am not happy with the way I was treated prior to talking to Emilio Quinonez. There was a line out the door again I was waiting for an hour but you had some service reps sending text messages on there personal phone not sure if they were on break or just using there phone but it didn’t look professional. For a smaller service department, they are decently organized and the employees are very friendly. However the way issues are handled is a major problem. Parts were not put back in place. I.found one part under the seat and didnt know where it came from.IWe figured out where it goes but I dont want to put it back on and maybe break it.
