Terrible. I purchased an extra ignition key. I was told I could only have 2 keys connected at a time, after waiting 5 months for the part. A customer service r I purchased an extra ignition key. I was told I could only have 2 keys connected at a time, after waiting 5 months for the part. A customer service representative never called me to say the part is here. I made an appointment to have key connected, it took 2 hours for the service technician to tell me they couldn't do it. I will never purchase another Kia. The service is always terrible, they don't answer phone, the waiting area is outdated, no customer service agents ask can I help you, no cashier or someone to help in the parts department. I can go on and on about the amount of difficulty I experience. I purchased another vehicle recently, Guess what it's not a Kia. I took home the key I paid for, unconnected to my car, just a waste of time. I never will go back there again. I gave this car to my kid to drive. I'm to seasoned to accept treatment like this. Just horrible. $300 down the drain. More

There’s no signage on the building as to what’s the entrance or exit, which makes getting to the right spot difficult. I drove in ahead of my appointment and was told to sit in my car. I got up and asked what was happening and why no one was helping anyone and was told “it goes by number” (they write the time of your appointment and a number on your dash when you drive in). This essentially makes your appointment time entirely obsolete. I waited over 20 after my appointment time to speak to someone about my vehicle. When retrieving my vehicle I received a paper from one person and then had to go to another counter to then have to go to the valet for my keys. The processes here are an absolute mess. The service was done quickly, and the staff was very nice. More
I arrived for my appointment at 3:30 and was helped by 4:00. Nobody even came up to my car to let me know what was going on. I came to this branch because the service center gave me a call and told me my 4:00. Nobody even came up to my car to let me know what was going on. Once I got there, they told me that’s not true. I wasted so much time going to that branch when there’s one right next to my house. My car had more time before I needed to service it and I feel like they called me and said this play up to make money. I will never go back to this service center. More
I came to drop off my car for a mechanical issue, and it took over an hour just to drop the car off! In addition to that, nobody could tell me when a mechanic would actually be able to look at my car, so it took over an hour just to drop the car off! The person who helped me was also a little short with me for some reason. I understand that they are busy, and we’re coming up on a holiday weekend, but I was kind and polite to him the whole time, even when he couldn’t give me an estimate on my car. More
