Never much help every time I bring my car in. Had it towed out of there to another shop where it stalled again and the mechanic at the new shop was able to properly diagnose it and fix it same day. It was nothing that appeared on Kia’s list. Contacted the dealership again about a reinstallation of part related to a recall( other shop had to Disassemble it to put in another piece and said Kia would not sell them the screws to reinstall it) and still have not gotten a response. Btw my car was kept at the dealership for over a week, no one followed up with me until I called them. More
I just bought 2 new 2025 K4s through a broker. Adam from KIA Downtown was excellent helping me with terms and paper work. I signed everything online and just picked up my cars the next day. Too much hassle for a car clearly under warranty dropped off car they kept it a week to tell me nothing is wrong with it? They didn’t even help me get home and left me without a loaner vehicle. I told them I was disabled and unable to ride the bus and that fell on deaf ears, now I have to drive the car for 1,000 miles to run a diagnostic test. When I know the engine is consuming oil. They also broke my door handle and left the engine cap loose.I tell everyone I know don’t buy a Kia and for the record KIA Cerritos is worse! More

I went to pick up my car and had to wait twenty minutes to receive it. I declined ac cabin filter replacement and they left the old filter on my car seat.
