Kia does not commit to what they say !!! First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early First of all we went to Kia of DTLA on a Wednesday and the guy from Kia of downtown La tells me and my husband that the car should be brought in early Friday morning guys because the parts for the Kia won't arrive till 2 days later and so we took our car early morning on Friday. The worker there Ara I belive it is told us it would be done by Friday and we would receive a call however we had to call them more than 3 times without recieving one single call back. We decide to call Saturday and were told we will get a call back later . Ok then we wait and when we receive the call we get the bad news that they were sent the wrong part and therefore we will have to wait even longer . It has been an unpleasant time dealing with the workers at Kia I did not have this problem with Honda though so when I compare both services I get even more disappointed for getting a Kia car . More

On monday feb 3rd, i went to KIA OF LOS ANGELES, to see if i can buy a car that i saw on there webpage it was a used mercedes benz , i got there to see the car i want it to buy, but for my surprise the c if i can buy a car that i saw on there webpage it was a used mercedes benz , i got there to see the car i want it to buy, but for my surprise the car was not on there property the car was on the dealership of GLENDALE INFINITI , the sales person that help me that day was extremely pushy he want me to buy what he said he offer 2 cars that really i did not like there were not o.k for me... When i said none of yours cars i like, the sales person said i would ask my manager to see if we can get you the mercedes benz from GLENDALE INFINITI to kia of los anges, i said ok,, after awhile both of them came back and said BEFORE WE CAN BRING YOU THE CAR YOU HAVE TO AGREE ON THE NUMBERS, i said the numbers that means i have to commit ( they said oh no) you do not have to buy if you do not like it,, then i said its fine, do the numbers, i guest those who are in the market to buy a car should know how this feel , they come and go ask quetions , are you o.k with this or o.k with that . I DO NOT RECALL WHO IT WAS , SALES REPRESENTATIVE MANAGER, BUT HE KEPT ON SAYING , YOU GOT VERY GOOD TASTE ON this type of cars..... AFTER 20MIN OR 30MIN THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID YOU KNOW WHAT THE CAR IS ALREADY SOLD FROM OUR PARTNER DEALERSHIP, C AN YOU BELIEVE THAT, ONE thing they missed , they only print the car info but they forgot to call GLENDALE INFINITI to check the status of the CAR THEY WANT TO SALE............. THEN i said on my mind thank you you wasted my time and yours .. INTERNET SALES THEN SAID GIVE ANOTHER LOOK TO OUR INVENTORY, I SAID NO, I JUST WANT TO GET OUT THERE.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I END UP WITH MORE THAN ONE HARD CREDIT INQUIRES ON MY CREDIT REPORT.... IT WAS JUST A WASTE.. BY THE WAY I GOT A BETTER DEAL AT MY LOCAL VW DEALERSHIP More
