Sergio the sales manager Cancelled my loan with the bank. Very disappointed because the manager SERGIO cancelled my loan with Bank, just because we ask to the financial person, Steven about why the contract Very disappointed because the manager SERGIO cancelled my loan with Bank, just because we ask to the financial person, Steven about why the contract has a different car price, and it was almost $1,500 more, Steven told us to don't sign and wait until the next day to speak with the general Manger and SERGIO to find out why the dealer wasn't given me the advertiser price, because on his knowledge we should get the advertising price he told us don't worry just wait a few hrs and you will have you car tomorrow all clean and ready to take it with us but...we came back the next day and a rude, unprofessional, aggressive and unacceptable manner Sergio told us that he cancelled the loan calling to the back just because we didn't sign the contract the night before we made the deal, and the way he wants. So he gave me my downpayment back and i ask him if I can speak with the general manager and he told me , " you don't have razon to speak with the general manager, I am here the only one who's is in charge and I can cancel any credit because I am the one who got it for you", when I told him why you are afraid that I speak the the GM he came back to me getting to close to my face and in a threat way he told me I am not afraid of anyone or anything I can do whatever I want here because I am on charge." It was my first time in your property because a friend of my wife recommend your store. Very dissapointed. Hopefully you have a talk with your manager because he is making your deal walk away. More

Spent an 2 hours on hold with several disconnections just trying to talk to a finance manager. Finally, Eloy one of several finance manager comes on and is of no help at all. Basically telling me to figure it out myself and go pound sand. Great... I will not be coming back ever, I cannot wait until my lease is finished. DON'T BUY HERE AN EXPECT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. More
Awful! I was on the market for a fully 2017 KIA Sorento SXL, 6Cyl 3.3 Liter, AWD, and my first color scheme choice was White Pearl exterior with 2 tone Ivory I was on the market for a fully 2017 KIA Sorento SXL, 6Cyl 3.3 Liter, AWD, and my first color scheme choice was White Pearl exterior with 2 tone Ivory/Black interior, with my second color scheme choice being Titanium on the outside and the same Ivory/Black interior. I had called KIA Downtown LA dealership on Sat 22nd at around 8:30AM and talked to Ashley (the dealership comes up as TrueCar certified dealership). Ashley looked it up on her computer and saw that the 2nd choice color was “available already”, put me on hold for a minute to check on the 1st choice color, came back and said "I can see that we have one in port; there's no problem getting it here! When do you want to stop by?" So I said, "Great! I’m out of town at the moment; let's make an appointment for Sat 29th at 9AM. I'll be there!" During the course of the past week, between the 22nd and 29th, I called the dealership 3 times to ensure that the appointment is ON and that the car will be there. Talked to Stephanie once, talked to the receptionist and then talked to Stephanie a 2nd time (Stephanie introduced herself as Ashley's associate). After the 1st call, Stephanie was going to “find out all details” and call me back (as Ashley was out), Stephanie never called back (that was on Wed the 26th, the receptionist that I called on the 27th said " yes, you're good, I can see in the notes for your account that we've got the car!" Called again on Fri morning wanting to either find Ashley and/or Stephanie and hear from them. Got Stephanie on the line who reassured me that "Your car is definitely here and we're waiting for you on Sat morning to show it to you." So, I got up at 6AM (I'm living in Woodland Hills) all happy to go to Downtown LA to see the car that I wanted. We drove together, my wife and I, and got to this dealership at 8:30AM by about 8:40AM Ashley appeared; she was pleasant and we made a bit of light conversation, she offered some water and/or coffee,.... so far so good... then she said, "we have the car in the lot across Figueroa, I'll take 2 minutes to go bring the car over; be back in 5" she said, …and she was gone, for, like nearly 20 minutes. We started looking at each-other; my darling wife was like "something is not right"... eventually after few more minutes, Ashley appeared, reserved, no smile at all on her face, and she did NOT come to us who were waiting for her but rather went into one of the side offices to carry a conversation with, presumably, her boss. More minutes passed and nothing, we were waiting. ...it was now around 9:15AM and we had no word of the car, so, I stood up from the guest table, stuck my had into the said office, where Ashely and 2 other male employees were having a hush-hush conversation; one of them said "can we help you"? I replied, "yes, what's going on? We've been waiting for a while here and nobody said anything to us..." so Ashley replied: "well, we don't know exactly in what lot the car is; we have 3-4 lots around were we keep these cars; we're trying to identify the correct lot so we get to the car quicker not to make you wait"... I replied, "let me ask you a question: DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE CAR?", she replied "Yeah, yeah! We do! We only need to figure out where it is." I said "OK" joined my wife back at the visitor's table explained the situation and we waited some more. Another 10 minutes have passed; it was by now something like 9:30AM; I stood up again, and went to the office where our 3 protagonists were still "searching for the car". I again said "Hello, what's going on? This is unusual!" So, one the guys, in an annoyed tone of voice replied: "Well, it looks like we can't find the car, we don't know why, could have been that someone else could have bought it, could be anything!... looks like we may have made a mistake, we're only human! Can't you give me a pass?" ...so, I said "No sir, I won't! I won't give you a pass and you know why? ...because 3 times a called during this past week and 3 times I've been told that you've got the car, and I'll get to see it this morning. So, this morning I woke up at 6AM on a Sat, to come over as discussed! I kept my end of the bargain and showed up! and you, you DID NOT keep the end of your bargain; you've got NO car to show me. You've lied to me all along, and for that reason I won't give you a pass!" So the man, half screaming and in total indignation, threw his arms to the sides of his body and shouted "well, I'm sorry; we don't have the car"! I said “Well Good Bye!”, turned right around and my wife was right there having listened to the whole exchange, and we just walked off the dealerships’ premises, in total disbelief. PS: Prior to actually having the call with Ashley, on the 22nd, we had talked to 1st KIA in Simi Valley about the same vehicle specifications, and after much looking, and them calling the KIA factory, we've been told that the color scheme that we want w/ AWD was NOT yet produced for the 2017 lineup, at the factory, that they would start production by the end of Nov and it would take a 4-8 weeks to bring a car over to the Simi Valey dealership. We then inquired with a dealership in AZ - same story: the color combo in SXL AWD was NOT yet available for the 2017 model year. We've been told: "listen, if someone says they have it, they're lying to you - they don't! Nobody does!" ...so, when later Ashley said: “we have it, we're the biggest KIA dealership in LA so, if anybody would have it, we would!”, we were like "wow! This may be great! Perhaps these other guys are lesser dealerships with “less privileges”, perhaps they don't get to have these cars as soon as the "BIG BOYS" in downtown LA do. We were hopeful and we just couldn't believe that someone would lie "point blank" with such conviction, and with so many details... It took us a trip to KIA downtown LA to find out that such liars DO actually exist in the car retail business. Thus, if you're looking for some specific set of attributes for a car, and talk to these guys and they tell you - "Oh yeah! We have it!! For sure we do!!!" - …after you've had trouble getting it in some other locations, the likelihood is very high that they simply lied to you with impunity, just to get your foot into their door. Thus, my rating it for this dealership is 0% or 0 starts out of 5, on that basis. This of course does NOT take into account the experience that would be possible, IF they actually had the vehicle. I would personally never visit these folks, ever! (I rated everything at 1 start because I needed to at least have a star to be able to post the review; on the account of brazen lying to the customer, the 1 star rating I've given is still to high!)
