Sham Business Practices, even worse customer service Complete and utter lack of customer service. Turned in my lease on May 26th and had Kia of DTLA cover the last monthly payment. It is now July 11th wi Complete and utter lack of customer service. Turned in my lease on May 26th and had Kia of DTLA cover the last monthly payment. It is now July 11th with the payment 38 days overdue... and Kia Motor Finance still hasn't received the payment. Can't get a response from George the manager of the dealership. Physically went in to speak with Ted and Reza on July 3rd to fix the issue in person. They claim to have sent the payment and shifted the blame to the back office. Kia Motor Finance has still not received payment ... not sure if I'll ever be seeing my money again. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. AVOID More

She matched the price of another competing dealer and they had the color of the car that I was looking for.Only two dealers had this color in all of southern California and Kia of downtown LA gave me the best deal. Mike M. did all of the leg work in helping me get my car at the dealership and he was very helpful and informative.Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with everyone there and well worth driving an hour to get to the dealership. The gentleman that assisted me was impressively informative and genuinely seemed to care while telling me about the needs and concerns of my vehicle.
