Bounced Payoff Check I would not buy a car from this dealer. They do not hold to thier end of the deal. I bought a car on black Friday weekend. Now I am threatened with collections and repo of the old car. I called the dealer and they are not helpful at all to resolve the issue. They will lie to you. They will cheat you. I would not recommend this dealer for any business unless you like being ripped off. They are swindlers and you are better served going to another dealer and not buying a Kia. More
Poor customer service!!! Your people need to be trained on how to provide customer service!!! I pulled up in the service driveway and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. The young girl behind the counter practically ignored me while we were talking and started talking to someone else!!! So I just walked away before I made a scene. I guess after I told her I didn’t have an appointment she wasn’t interested in anything else I had to say. I could have made an appointment or conversed about other options but her rude manners I didn’t appreciate. The day is 9/26/2018 the time spent was from 4:40 PM until 5:15 PM. Talking about herding people like cattle...they got that mess right!!! More

My engine has been replaced once and my transmission twice. I have had several issues with this vehicle and every time I speak to a service advisor as to who what when or why. They have never received a knowledgeable explanation and reason why my vehicle is malfunctioning. Kia service advisors know nothing about how vehicle function. Every time my car is released to me the vehicle has a completely different issue. I just picked up my vehicle this morning with a nail on it. The bell boy who brings the car over said it was already there. which is a complete lie. my vehicle has been in service for weeks and now I have to go get it tire fixed elsewhere because they don't have a tire shop. Couple of months ago we started hearing strange noises, while breaking, beneath the driver seat in our car (kia Niro 2017). We took a car to your dealer KIA Downtown Los Angeles (Address: 1945 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007) for check in. They hold it for two days (!) and after that returned it back to us and told us they did not find anything wrong with the car, that everything is fine. (I am attaching a copy of Inspection Invoice they gave me) The sound did not disappear. We took the car again to the dealer service center and took one of your workers on the ride with us. He heard the noise and told us this is totally fine, that is how it is supposed to be, and all the models of this car has that noise. So we had nothing to do but just continue driving a car with that. But after awhile it started to be really disturbing to drive it with that noise, as it was clearly CLEARLY a sound of some object going back and force while accelerating or braking. We started to think that might be a bolt or something like that. So we took a car for the third time to the service! And only than they told us that they had to take the front seat off and some panels to get inside the car. And inside they found a CHAPSTICK. Service explained that the chapstick might got inside the car through the AC hole under the front seat. They put the bill in front of me for $375 (!) and told us that this is not a warranty case. That this is an issue not related to the car, but an outside object. I totally disagree with that! What do you mean this is not an issue related to the car? Your car has a HOLE in it where everything can go inside! I never heard about anything like this! Am I supposed to carry inside the car only myself? This is ridiculous. Everyone is carrying lots of different stuff inside the car, and it can’t just like that go INSIDE where you can’t take if off, without taking off the panels of the car! Is this a “piggy bank”? This is clearly a manufacturing defect (maybe a flaw in design?). And it is not only about the money and time spent to fix that, this is about safety issue! What if it went under the breaking pedal? We could get into an accident, we could kill someone! And because of your service you made us continue driving like this for three month! Now I am not sure how many holes does your car have, but I am scare to drive a car like that! What if this will repeat again? What if other objects will go in the same hole again? Am I not supposed to carry now anything inside? Am I supposed every time something goes inside go to the service and fix it for $400?? In my opinion you have to make a recall of all the models of this car and fix that. Could you just put some sort of grating on it? I am truly disappointed, as I really did like this model of the car, but now I am scared for the safety of my family while driving it. I have complained to the dealer service that I am not going to pay for that as this is totally not my fault and the warranty should pay for that. But the workers of the dealer service couldn’t give me an answer, so I asked for the manager, but he was not on the site. The reception lady give me a card and told me that manager is going to be next day from 9am till 6pm. The next day I called the number on the card at 9:50am but didn’t get a manager, only a reception lady again, I asked her when the manager is goin to be and she told me that he is back and force between two places and she did not know when he will be back, so she took my name and phone number and ensured me that as soon as he will appear there he will give me a call. I waited till 12pm but still didn’t get any call back, I called them again and again at 3pm and than again at 4pm, all this times the reception was saying to me that “manager is not here” “manager is busy” “manager is on interview” so I told her that if he is there for the interview it means HE IS THERE, so I will come there in one hour and I expect him to be there, she told me that he will be waiting for me. When I came in one hour, guess what? The manager was not there! I had to deal with the guy named Peter, who did help me a lot, as he finally get in contact with the manager on the phone and after a long and nervous complaining they agreed to take the cost of the repair to $150, (invoice also included) and I was forced to pay that as I needed my car, and they wouldn’t release it. I am still convinced this is totally not our fault for the manufacturing defects that your car has, so I would like to get a refund for that! Not mentioning how much money and time I spent for taking a taxis there and back. And how much nervous is cost to me and my family, whole this situation and driving this car with that noise! Had to mention also that we had to wait around an hour after that to get my car released as they simply could’t find it on the site! What an unprofessionalism! And this is not the end, I would like to return this car back, and get my money for the lease back. If you are not going to fix that problem in the nearest future, I don’t want to continue driving a car with such a defect, as I said this is dangerous and might repeat again. It doesn’t depend on me, and what they took it out doesn’t mean it can’t go back again. As the hole did not disappear! I don’t want to continue using this defected car, knowing that this might repeat again. What if something more important would go inside and I couldn’t get it back? It was not a coin, of something super small, it was a chapstick! All this information I sent to their website complain form. After two of no response (even e-mail confirmation wasn't work!), I gave them a call and they told me in their company no one even looks at my mine complaint. I asked them to give me an official response to my complaint by e-mail and they told me, this is not their businees to take care of that type of complaints. They just kicked my out! I strongly do not recommend to have any business with KIA at all. Terrible experience with the car and with the customer service. More

Showed them the best deal I'd found on the car I wanted, and after endless haggling. they agreed to meet the price, although they expressed outrage that I was getting a "better" car than the one I asked for because it was all they had. So we were all set, and I sat down to get to business and waited, and waited some more, and then waited some more. Until finally it became clear that I was waiting for the car to be brought back from their warehouse, and they wouldn't talk business until I'd sat in and supposedly fallen in love with it. By now we're two hours in, and it's getting dark and I"m freezing, and they have constant loud music blaring so I'm pretty miserable, but we sit down to talk turkey, and suddenly the price is $300 higher than the one they'd promised. I say I'm out of there unless they meet our agreement and after many deeply agonized visits to his manager the salesman, mournfully agrees. So we start on business again, now three hours into it, and we get to financing and I say I don't want their $500 rebate in exchange for a much higher interest rate than I can get anywhere. Shock, horror, outrage, but I tell them I'd be happy to pay cash outright if they won't give me a lower rate so again, as if I've committed an outrage they do. Now 3.5 hours in they take me to a finance office to sign the paperwork and we're all chummy and good pals until I reject the extended warranty (again shock, horror) but still we get past that and they finally hand me the contract to sign and low and behold the price has gone up $500. I tell the guy the deal is off, and he scurries out to confer once again, finally finds the sales manager, and explains that this is the fee for my rejection of the higher interest rate. No one had ever mentioned that the price was contingent on my accepting their terms, so at that point, I walk out. Get my money back, and leave, happy that I will not have to do business with them for the life of the car. They are low life. More
