I had been wa The exceptional and professionalism demonstrated by Fred Poindexter was remarkable. He notified me immediately when my vehicle arrived. I had been waiting for a month. He made sure I was satisfied and understood as much as possible about my SUV. Eloy Angel demonstrated excellent service with the financial piece. However, it was my mistake, since I'm on a fixed income that I didn't request a later date for my first payment. This I hope to ratify as soon as possible. More

ZERO STARS- Don't buy from this place! Whatever you do please please spare yourself, and DO NOT buy from this dealership. I leased my car brand new in 2015, all that was fine until I tried Whatever you do please please spare yourself, and DO NOT buy from this dealership. I leased my car brand new in 2015, all that was fine until I tried to use my warranty.. apparently the dealership went bankrupt and all of my warranties that I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR were obsolete. I couldn't use them.. So, when I went to buy out my lease last year it was the WORST car buying experience I've ever had for MANY reasons... One huge example is that after so much back and forth with telling them I wasn't interested, they forced me into buying 5000 dollars in extra warranties (saying that was the minimum) because apparently I couldn't get a loan if my car wasn't under some kind of warranty. This ended up being a complete LIE and the finance manager was investigated, he was just trying to make commission off selling warranties. I then canceled the warranty (they said I could cancel it in a month after my loan goes through) now one year later I am STILL trying to get that 5000 dollar refund. I have all the paperwork, I have everything documented and no one has helped. They are just handing me off from stupid person to stupid person. SO so so DISAPPOINTED with all the LIES and SCAMS. Do your research people, on a dealership that won't screw you over like Kia of Downtown LA More
Probably the worst experience looking at a seltos. Was told they had the car we wanted to test drive when we called. Get there they do not but can get it for us from Carson an hour away. So disappointed with the customer service I received here. Not only did I drive 6 hours to get here. I was lied to! The internet sales person Omari King who I was in contact with had something to do and here. Not only did I drive 6 hours to get here. I was lied to! The internet sales person Omari King who I was in contact with had something to do and couldn’t attend to me. I was asked to speak to someone else. As I was driving to the dealership Omari told me this vehicle was sold “earlier”. Then another salesman tells me it was sold yesterday and they could not honor my out the door price because the manager who approved that price had “quit today”. Bottom line is they lied and I ended up driving away extremely unhappy. Don’t bother to shop here! It’s a waste of time! More

I decided to buy the first car which is truly mine with my husband. We went to Kia of DTLA because I had done extensive research and really wanted the Kia Nero. The first thing I noticed is that the dealership is pretty run down, not well maintained at all. It’s not in a bad area really either so I was a bit surprised. Oh well, I’m not there for an interior designer I’m there to buy a car. I was frustrated because the salesman pretty much ignored me the whole time, even though I was the one to be using the car primarily. He directed most queries and all respect to my husband. Having been a woman who worked on cars, this feeling wasn’t new to me. I asserted myself and went along. We bought extras like extended maintenance and warranty (which were both HEAVILY misrepresented by the sales and finance team, in and of itself criminal). We were ideal clients. The car was everything I wanted. I was so excited. We decided to buy it. It took SO long for them to finish writing us up, we were there until an ungodly hour the following morning. I had been through a similar situation with another car dealership when accompanying my friend so I thought maybe this is just how it works on the sales side of cars. We take the car home and I baby it, taking great care and pride in my new car. Fast forward to early October. The car has shy of 10k miles on it at this point. Running well. Everything seems fine. I get in my car one morning to drive the short way to work, and the check engine light comes on. I check all of the dumb things that can often trigger the light (ie gas cap) and none of those are the culprit. Well, I say, the car is due for scheduled maintenance anyway so I’ll just bring it in right now and be late to work. I drop the car off with a lovely human being named Adrian. He had helped me before and he is the best and frankly (as I’d find out later) only good quality of this place. I let him know what’s going on and go on my merry way via uber after stopping at the office supply store because I have little self control when it comes to buying fancy office products. Then things start to go sideways. I ask Adrian if my car is ready, he said the technicians are having trouble solving the check engine light issue. After much discussion and a few days he arranges for a rental car for me, and assures it will be free of charge. There are an extreme amount of issues and trips to and from Enterprise by Uber as Kia assures me they’ve set it up, and I arrive with no record of any rental being arranged. This happens several times, but eventually I get the friggin’ car. So, I happily (ish) drive this rental car around for more than a month. Then, I go to balance my accounting for my family budget and lo and behold, I’ve been charged a large amount from Enterprise. I immediately call and text Adrian. He’s as surprised as I am. We both call everyone either of us can think of to get it fixed. Adrian receives “Yes we will get it sorted” and so do I. At the time of writing this review, it has been 2 calendar weeks that I’ve been paying for this stupid rental car. Every day I check in with the service department, Adrian, and even Kia corporate. I’m promised call backs. I never get one. In summation, do not go here, do not trust anything they tell you. Even if your service advisor is amazing as mine is, the owners do not support their staff and they will not be able to help you. They are scammers, straight through. They sold me a car that likely wasn't even safe to be driven from day one, and won’t own up to their mistakes. When you lawyer up, as is your right, they stop cooperating at all, stonewalling and blaming you for trying to call on Lemon Law to get your money back. If you want a Kia, drive to another dealer. But don’t buy a kia with the same engine as the Nero for at least a little while, or you’ll end up like me. Paying thousands out of pocket for a rental after being sold an unsafe vehicle. More
