Cant go wrong with Kia of DTLA. Although I wish the wait times werent as long as they are, they are expected. Leslie Lopez was my service advisor and she was great. The absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. I dropped my car off 2 weeks ago. They haven't contacted me once. I had the worst experience i have ever had deal in with a service department. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My service advisor was Jose Duran and he does not communicate with the client.
