I received an email offer and when they call me, I wanted to confirm the price. Except Francisco gave me a price $400 higher than the email. She saw the email too because she has a copy of it. She made a pro to confirm the price. Except Francisco gave me a price $400 higher than the email. She saw the email too because she has a copy of it. She made a promise over the phone for a price $200 higher than the email and when I ask her to send me an email to confirm the quote she gave me, she said she’s unable to do that. After making arrangements to pickup the vehicle and when I got there the price, the salesperson brought me a paper show the net price of the vehicle $600 more. Bad practice More

The person helping me was the best customer service rep I’ve had there. In the past I’ve always had to mine information from them and track them down to see where my car was after I had been there for 2 to I’ve had there. In the past I’ve always had to mine information from them and track them down to see where my car was after I had been there for 2 to 3 hours but this time he provided me with ample information and came to find me the second it was done.
