Have been getting my cars serviced at this service center for over 5 year, had bad experiences in the past but recently the service has improved substantially. The dealership was easy to work with. The sales person, Daniel, was accommodating and very professional. So easy to work with. Daniel, was accommodating and very professional. So easy to work with. More
For the service center - There is honestly no real point in making an appointment here. I went in 9am on the dot on a Tuesday and didn't get physically checked in until 10 (with a 9am appointment). They sai in making an appointment here. I went in 9am on the dot on a Tuesday and didn't get physically checked in until 10 (with a 9am appointment). They said it wouldnt be ready to check out until possibly 6pm just for a diagnostic (which they also quoted $200 for). I'll probably and unfortunately never come back here. To be fair, people were friendly, but there's just no real order of business at this location. More

We initially started off on the wrong foot with the generic text message being completely non-friendly and personal as I was an internet lead. It felt cold and I responded back coldly to that message. generic text message being completely non-friendly and personal as I was an internet lead. It felt cold and I responded back coldly to that message. I thought it would end there and didn't think much of it, but Maya reached out by calling me and apologized for the message and worked closely with me to get the terms of what I was looking for correct. We had to work a bit, but she did everything she said that she was going to do. She promised and over delivered. When we had agreed verbally, I then took an Uber to Kia and talked with Adalid from that point and he was great as well. Adalid was super personal and friendly and made myself and my 16-month-old child feel welcomed. He even gave my son a small toy Kia car that my son loved. The service from these two was exceptional. Best I've experienced. The only downside to the whole experience was when I was with Finance and we discussed the 400 dollar charge at the return of the car. I believe the guy's name was Anthony and he did go talk to the manager about getting that fixed and did so, but the problem that I had was when he came back into the room, picked up the phone without saying any word, pretended to dial his boss, and said loudly so I could hear, "so the profit on this will be about $100 dollars. Do you still want to go and approve that? You do? Okay. Sounds good. Thank you." and then he turned to me and told me that we would be willing to incorporate that 400 into the down payment. If he really went to go talk to his boss about the 400, then why did he come back into the room to talk to him again and tell him the profit piece? What was his end goal? To. make me feel bad or guilty? That felt super sleazy and very 'used car salesman. Normally I would've just stood up and walked out and not deal any further, but he didn't ruin the experience though because Maya and Adalid were on point the entire time and I respect the effort they put into it. I just thought I should mention that and it's still something a week later I think about and puts a bad taste in my mouth. Overall I was super super happy with the service with Downtown Kia. Thank you, guys! -Tristan Thomas More
