Surprising Service I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't m I went to the service department expecting to be there for a few hours because I do understand that just because I had a 7 am appointment it doesn't mean that I will be there for a short time. There are other cars needing service and some of those cars have been there for more than one day. I was pleasantly surprised when my name was call an hour later to pick up my car, service was done. Little details to work on. As for customer service, we had a great experience working with Ms. Madrigal. She was very friendly, flexible, and patient with our expectations. Although the process took over seven hours, Ms. Madrigal remained attentive. As for the management team, they know how to close the deal but financed the wrong car, same model, different VIN #. They fixed the problem and apologized for the error. We ended up with the car we first requested. After closing the deal, Ms. Madrigal along with other employee went over the functions and details of the car. Follow up experience has been a great experience. Ms. Madrigal has been making sure that everything is going well with the car and all further questions are being answered. Brake care and tired rotation is not being provided as part of the free maintenance plan as it used to be in previous year or is now offer in other car dealers. More
