Terrible service I waited for 2 hours at the service center to get my car checked. Since I didn’t heard from anyone I check on my access from Kia to find out where was my car and I walk to where my car center to get my car checked. Since I didn’t heard from anyone I check on my access from Kia to find out where was my car and I walk to where my car was only to find out the car was a block away parked behind 20 other cars and no one around even checking on the car. I was a walking customer and was told my car will be ready in 2 hours but the two hours had passed and my car was not even looked at. To me that was very disappointing. What kind of customer service do they have ? I purchased 4 cars from the dealer and never had an issues before with the experience I had I would never visit the dealer again. You lost a loyal customer. More

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. The communication was terrible (both with me and each other), my car was diagnosed two days after the 72 hour guarantee and then service was complete The communication was terrible (both with me and each other), my car was diagnosed two days after the 72 hour guarantee and then service was completed 2 days after it was promised to be done. On top of that, I called three hours ahead to warn I was coming to pick up my car and upon arrival had to wait over an hour to pick up my car (after paying) because they didn’t have my car ready as promised. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership or service center. More

My brand new 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige was 115 days young when it developed a coolant leak coming from the area between the catalytic converter and the muffler. It had overheated and needed towing into young when it developed a coolant leak coming from the area between the catalytic converter and the muffler. It had overheated and needed towing into the dealership from where the car was purchased. • The car was brought in on Oct. 14. • The approval from Kia Warranty was 9 days later on Oct. 23 with the caveat "we are just waiting on them to email the official approval." • On Oct 28, the "official approval" was received, and parts were ordered with a completion ETA given to me of Nov. 5 for a complete overhaul of the exhaust system. During this time, photos showed the car was parked on the street in downtown Los Angeles with the doors often unlocked (numerous notifications received). • On Oct. 31 a notification was received that the work on the car was complete. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was filthy. As I noted, it was a brand-new car and I am meticulous about keeping it clean, notably because of the matte finish. The outside was covered in dirt and grime and the technicians had left their paper notes (trash) in the car (photos available upon request). The valet also just pointed to the car on the street instead of it being brought to me. I complained to the acting service manager and thankfully he had it washed after I commented that receiving a brand-new car like this was unacceptable. I appreciate the communication from Michaela, however, receiving an incorrect day for completion had me reshuffling my work schedule. I will take up my disappointment with the failure of the exhaust system with Kia America corporate. In the meantime, I just hope that Kia Downtown looks to work on giving the customer a white glove experience instead of a dirty car. This detail is essential for wanting positive reviews on what the follow-up text described as "truly exceptional service.' More
