First, I am a Kia (manufacturer) customer for life; fantastic vehicles, great price, and they absolutely stand behind their product. Probably not returning to the dealership service department however. When i got there for my appointment, no one spoke to me, at all, for almost 15 minutes. When I was spoken to I definitely felt like a secondary priority, and it looked like everyone else received the same treatment.At the checkin I was asked if I had replaced my brakes yet, because "they told me at my last two oil changes that it needed to be done". I was not told that and on reviewing my paperwork it said that the breaks were in very good condition. I had a medical appointment for a little over 2 hour from then so I said I would wait and make an appointment for next week. I was assured they could complete all the work in time but I decided not to risk it. I was then told I had to sign a waver before I left because of the safety concerns (before they even saw the vehicle). Two and half hours later they pulled my van out (fortunately my next appointment was very accomodating, I do recomend Target Optical for a great experience), telling me that they were only able to change the oil and were not able to complete any of the safety checks or other services...oh yeah and they charged more than they said. Although I was planning to come back for the brakes, I will now be going to the mechanic that the rest of my family swears by. More

The service department does not meet my standards as a current Lexus and prior Lincoln owner. Helen give the impression she hates her job and is a poor representative for the dealership. Helen was very helpful and made sure the experience was as smooth as possible but I made an appointment and was still told they had a 3.5 hour wait. The only reason why I use this dealership are for any recalls. I had 2 recalls to address and it took just short of 5 hours. One recall was to replace a fuse and the second was a computer update. The service advisor, Nicole, told me it was going to be 3 hours, not almost 5. My appointment was at 9:30 am and I arrived at 9:20am. Receiving the car was basically on time by 9:40am. However, my 3 hour ticket was tagged at 1:00 pm. At 1:00pm, no Nicole, at 1:30pm, no Nicole; at 1:50 pm I had to go I old and ask her how much longer because 1:00 pm has come and gone. She politely told me she would check on it and get back to me. Well, I didn’t hear back until 2:20pm when my vehicle was finally done. I understand things happen, but keeping me updated would have been greatly appreciated. This dealership has NO customer service whatsoever. Hence the reason why I try to avoid as much as possible. Also, no matter the reason I’m ringing my car in (remember, only for recalls), they always find something imaginary wrong with my vehicle. This time it was my brakes and my brakes were just recently checked when I got an oil change with my mechanic of choice. To be honest, my next recall I will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership. More

When I submitted my survey with honest answers to the questions, I was then contacted by the salesman, James, who helped me saying that I didn’t follow the “cheat sheet” he sent me and that I caused him to loose out on his monthly bonus… I went in and bought a car - the process took less than 2 hours. It’s not my job to follow the “cheat sheet” for a perfect score on a survey, it’s the salesman’s job to follow the “cheat sheet” so that they can make sure they are doing everything in order to get a perfect score! More
