Great and Timely Service! I went to get my Kia serviced and Josh Fifi was my Service Advisor. He was very attentive and friendly. He gave me an estimated wait time of 45 minute I went to get my Kia serviced and Josh Fifi was my Service Advisor. He was very attentive and friendly. He gave me an estimated wait time of 45 minutes to an hour and was back in 45 minutes with my results. He even got my car a wash. Even the woman at the desk inside was very friendly and made sure my kids and I knew where to get the coffee and treats. More

I called in to schedule an appointment that I was comfortable with and was received by Robert Cooklin at exactly that time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped me further understand the extra services I had initially paid for when purchasing my vehicle. He told me it would be an hour and 30 mins and it was as he said. Robert made a few calls for me to the vendors that I had registered with through Kia and even hooked me up with great car wash coupons. The guy is a class act and both Delray Kia and I are lucky to have him! The service techs definitely did a great job and I left a happy camper. Glad I don't have to go to a Jiffy Lube ever again!!! Josh Fifi made my morning so simple! I came in for my first oil change/general service appointment since leasing my 2013 Kia Optima and had many questions regarding tires, windshield wipe I came in for my first oil change/general service appointment since leasing my 2013 Kia Optima and had many questions regarding tires, windshield wipers, coverage, etc. He was very patient with me, as I don't know much about cars, and was extremely personable in his responses; it did not feel like I was being talked-down to or judged for my lack of knowledge. He was very thorough when it came to getting me an estimate on tires - giving me prices for two different brands and prices for either a set of 2 or a set of 4. Although being in the service department, he even gave me a better understanding about my coverage and what my next step should be. I felt comfortable in his judgement on things I thought needed replacing or are raising concerns of mine. He even took the initiative to come into the lobby and let me know how much longer I would be waiting so that I didn't feel forgotten. Josh definitely made my experience hassle-free. I have had nothing but pleasant conversations and exchanges with everyone I've encountered at Grieco Kia. Al Dopman even made it a point to come and say hello and ask me how I've been since fixing my bumper a few months back. I'm not used to people remembering me! I don't know the names of the people who worked on my car, but it was very fast and efficient; even throwing in a free car wash. I'm very happy to be leasing with this location! More
