Well, he was very busy with a new Kia and took a long time. I asked someone else for help and was told to wait for him. Finally, he took my car with a big production as I had a letter from you stating the work and cost. I also asked for a car wash, well, you only do the outside. When the car was completed and I got in, I was disgusted that the windshield wiper was still dirty on the outside. I decided to just drive away. Enough!!!!!!!! More
