The service persons are nice but two things needs improvement : First, the service appointment takes way too long. Regular oil change service with car wash can be about 3-4 hours. The service request was done in a timely manner however the service advisor was not very friendly or welcoming. She had really poor customer service skills. The service I received this time was fine because I went in for the headlights to be replaced. But I hate this dealership and even broke a promise to myself by going back there. The only reason I went is because the other KIA dealership I drive 25 minutes to would not even pick up the phone call after being routed to the service department— twice. Don’t buy a Kia if you’re near Delray Beach or Lighthouse Point because the service departments are not so great. But I’m happy to have working headlights and Johnny was a nice service guy liaison.
