Once I got my car back I realized the under carriage cover wasn't the one that was on my car to begin with it was very ripped up missing pieces like the oil pan cover and the cover where the oil filter cover wasn't the one that was on my car to begin with it was very ripped up missing pieces like the oil pan cover and the cover where the oil filter goes, also it was held on with only 2 bolts. Being that I change the oil I am quite familiar with the state of the cover. So I did notice that there is a huge section that was cut out closest to the front passenger tire . I had 3600$ in repair and now I wonder how the quality of the work was done. I also noticed blue and yellow paint on the subframe passenger side. More

Service center hourly rates are totally out of line. Had Had a service 2 months ago and I asked if my vehicle needed braces. I was told no the track are good.
